I am trying to run XDSL off a live CD, which I have not altered in anyway (go the iso off xbox-linux.org) but when it starts up it just becomes all scrambled, am I doing something wrong?

As far as I know I have a 1.2 xbox and used the ndure softmod method to hack my xbox

EDIT: I fixed my own problem, I HAVE to use my old red, white and yellow cables and not the s-video one I was using before
