what u have there my friend is a patch panel, is a "hardware friendly" piece of equipment that allows you to not plug/replug cat-5 cables into the switch directly.

Which brings me to my correction, What your looking for is a 24port managed switch, and a basic router (anyone would do).

all your xbox's would connect into the switch which is trunked to your router (to handle your routing information/ ip address assignent). A well managed network is a happy network. the diagram would roughly look as this.

xbox-------->

xbox--------> ------------------ Trunk
| 24port switch| ---------------> Standard Router
xbox--------> ------------------

xbox-------->

so you would be able to support 23 xbox's and 1 router.

hope that helps, Foogrrr
