Hello,

I'm trying to backup my Viking: Battle for Asgard but when I try to make the .iso compatible in XDVDMulleter by doing the Autofix I get an error saying "Game not found in database or ini file could not be loaded" Any recommendations on what might be the problem? Thanks

If this is your personal backup from your retail disc you do not need to run mulleter and autofix it. If it's not compatible re-rip with a program called Xbox Backup Creator. We won't help you get any downloaded ISO's working (if they are downloaded).

I did not download the .iso file from the internet. I backed it up from my original with my dvd "hot swap" drive. I'm afraid I used a movie that's too small. (7.2GB) I did not get any errors while ripping. Is it also possible that Mulletter's database doesn't have that game yet? Thanks

I am also having issues backing this title up. I have the original disc, loaded into an SH-D162C drive (which I've used to backup all of my games without errors before this title). I'm using Xbox Backup Creator v2.5. It gets to around 47% and then starts spewing "Block Error Recovered at Partition LBA: xxxxx" messages, and then around 49.7 % it craps out. The original disc works fine and is flawless as far as scratches go.

I tried updating to 2.8 Xbox Backup Creator, but it didn't work. Any suggestions/ideas??

Is anyone else having issues backing this one up?? Is there a workaround?

Just tried ripping my original for you lads and I had no problems at all. All clear on the Mulleter front

Ripped using Kreon drive

Thanks for the info! I have a kreon drive also. My original disc appears to be fine. No scratches or viewable defects. Is it possible that my orginal disc is the problem? It appears to crap out just around the halfway mark, which looks like it could be a layer break problem.

Not sure what Mulleter is. Is that something I need for this? Typically I backup using Xbox Backup Creator only.

Have you tried ripping another original since then? Maybe the hardware has gone a bit funny. If not it must be the original you have being funny. I would take it back and replace it if its getting to you

Haven't tried rippping another disc since the problem with this one. I'll try one tonight. I did rip a couple a few days before this one with no problem. I think it might be my original copy of Viking and was just wondering if it's some new form of protecition or if it was just my disc.

Will post the outcome of burning another disc. Hopefully it's not my drive.
