Play have this game for £17.99 which seems a bargain to me. the question is Is it on offer because it's crap? Is it a big improvement over PGR3 or should I simply pass it by.

the graphics are better, the sound is better and the weather effects are cool.

bikes are a nice addition but also if you hate bikes theres only a very few times you HAVE to use them.

the gameplay is ..different, it's a little more realistic, you can't get the arse out to go round the corners as easy, generally you have to yank the handrake if you want a really good slide. I would say it's somewhere between Forza 2 and PGR3. Initially i didnt like this but i got used to it and started to enjoy the game.

for £40 i probably wouldnt bother again, but for 18 id say its well worth it. The multiplayer has a few nice modes to play.
