THEY ARE NOT BANNING PEOPLE FOR PLAYING IT EARLY

Its common sense , alot of people will get it early from shops sending it out early or sum ppl that work in shops , they are not gonna start banning everyone that connects b4 the release date.

More of a preview than a review: both versions will probably play pretty much the same. My opinion is that the Live servers may not be able to handle the load. I am getting my copy a week after the release so that I can see how Live and PSN are coping with the online play and any bugs which may be present.

honestly, im gonna get it early. my homies in retail have hooked my ass up early on a couple of occassions. dont think it will take much convincing for the game of the year.

Why would an end user be punished if a store broke the release date (for example)? With that being said, whether or not its a pirate version or a store leak, I don't see any issues with throwing this in your 360 a few days before release date. Sure - its not what Rockstar wants you to do but I highly doubt bans will follow from this.

What legal basis would any kind of banning have.

Most online stores who do pre-order must be allowed to send them out early, a huge company such as play would not do this without checking legal issues first.

MS wont be banning from people who play it early. My xbox 360 doesnt even remenber the time when not on the network, so if i played it, it would have an unacurrate time stamp of when i played it anyway.

if u can play a game early, or get it early, whats it matter if you play it or not? Its got nothing to do with being an adult. Whoever said, you've already been waiting years, why not just wait until it comes out on a budget title for £19.99 then? Save yourself some cash and wait another year

If you want to see the achievement list you can probably find it online. But the first one is 5g and its called, "Off the boat". The second one is called 180 and its for getting 180 points in darts with only 3 darts.

2) Did I say anything about people that bought it legitimately? I'm pretty sure I addressed my post to pirates. If that wasn't clear, I apologize.

3) "The force" Really? Was that supposed to be funny? Were you really alluding to the idea that Microsoft can't determine if you were online early? That's just comical.

4) Glad you're racking up those achievements early. I still stand by my statement that you'll never see any kind of special awards for reaching higher ranks after signing on early. Not saying that you care nor would achieve that... just saying that IF you did, I'm confident your account would be overlooked for that because of playing before the official release.
