I have a console with Hitachi dvd drive (2005) flashed with firmware to play copies.But this console had the three red lights of doom (0102).I bought the new arcade console and i wonder if i can set the old dvd drive to the new console?Is this ok with just connect it or do i have to set up?

You can't just swap in the new drive. It would be easier for you guys to just have the new drives modded and be done with it. If you want to make the old drive work in the new 360 you need to get the key from the new drive, inject that into the FW of the old drive as well as spoof it so the 360 thinks it's the original drive model/version that was in it.
