ok so ive spent all day pretty much trying to backup my guitar hero 3 in wxripper.

first off, please dont tell me to get a kreon drive because i dont feel like spending any more money

i have a pioneer which has been working great on all other games so it got to be my disc

i get to LBA 2189632 and get a CRC error at 49152:

Found magic number : 342400
5:07:37 PM -> Start
Error @ 49152 : Data error (cyclic redundancy check).

5:14:59 PM -> Done

i have tried cleaning the disc, even with alchohal. what can i do?

try a kreon drive if you feel like spending more money.

well i have begun considering that.

would it be best to just order one from ebay?

or can i buy a drive from a manufacturer and flash it.

also, which is a good one to buy? since i have a laptop, i need a USB one or one with a SATA interface (cuz i have an SATA to USB adapter)

I am unable to backup GH3
I have a Samsung SH-D162C flashed with Kreon firmware
I'm using xbox backup creator v2.8 (latest version)
I get this error while reading about 46.38%:

"A read error has occurred in the file system data area. If this data cannot be recovered or you choose to zero fill this section it will result in an incomplete backup"

the game is flawless, no scratches or anything
What could be wrong?
