I have a prob with my alladin chip and it doesn't seem to start.
When i press the power button, Xbox tries to power up and then stops then tries again to power up and then stops again and finally tries one more....it starts working at the third time but nothing on the TV and green - red led alternating blinking.

I think that i damaged my D0 on the chip so is there any other D0 point on the chip ?

There's only one D0 I'm aware of, what type of aladin? are you sure it's solder good on your mother board?

Xm i don't know the kind because an other guy buy it and solder it yeeeeears ago.

No mobo solder is ok because couple ours ago worked fine and i just remove the wire only from the chip not from the mobo just to disable the chip and test my softmod

Is the trace lifted where the D0 needs to be soldered? Post some high resi pics.

Ok here is the photos .... even in macro mode and still they are blurry

My chip, of course in this photo i don't have soldered any of the D0 points

As you see D0 is still silver but the prob is that the xbox tries to start 3 times and in the third time finally starts but no screeen and a red-green led

Also BT soldered on the chip's ground point. In photo seems that it is soldered in the point near by but it's not for sure (worked like this all the time)

Upper D0

Bottom D0 It worked with this one all the time
