Why is Linux the only thing we can run using the KK exploit? blink.gif Isn't it possible to boot some other kind of software with the exploit...such as an emulator.....ps2 maybe? cool.gif

you can run whatever you want, as long as you have created a SDK to use with it, and then create your homebrew with it

thats kinda wrong.. after loading the exploit some registers are fucked up...

but it 'should' be possible to remake it, to work..

are you sure? people do run there own code on a retail box using this exploit, so homebrew is possible.

there is just no non-MS development tools to create homebrew to release and all the downsides to running homebrew doesnt make it worth it as it takes away many features of the 360. then your basically left with a PC and theres not much fun in that

is there any sort of unasigned coded applications besides linux like anything because of they could i think there would be some homebrew by now

uhh you can run linux on it! you can write whatever code you want for linux, and run it, unsigned on the xbox...

is there any reason you couldn't set up an xbox 360 as a full media centre with mythtv and DTB capture via a usb dongle?
we might need more graphics acceleration for that

you can also run emulators under linux, as soon as they work out 3d acceleration on the 360. and if it's compiled for ppc
