I submitted this into the cheats, but might as well post a thread here.
First of all, due props to NJFirefighter29 for randomly finding a proofed vehicle that can be driven, hence, led to me trying to replicate this and you can find the original thread here:

Ok, the answer is so damn simple, it blows my mind why no one has ever come across this earlier, or if they have, they were just silent about it.
Step 1: Choose your car (I've tested 3 cars, they all work, but I'm only assuming this works with all cars)
Step 2: Go on a date (preferably with a story-mode date such as Kate so you won't lose a perk)
Step 3: Pick her up.
Step 4: Scare her (try to fire a weapon or throw a grenade).
That's it!! She'll leave, and your car is officially bullet/explosion/damage proof!! SERIOUSLY!!
Some notes: The car is bullet proof, but windows can break from collisions. Tires can and will burn off if driven through flames. There will be visible damage on your car from collisions, but from what I can tell, it will never break down.
I'm assuming you can do this to more than one car through more than one date. And also, I'm am assuming this is not just a glitch on my end, so please do it and report back to let me know it worked for you as well.
