Well I have an Xbox game backup here here and I was interested in burning it, it is San Andreas and I believe it is backwards-compatible. But I have a few questions:
  • Will it work if I burn it correctly?
  • Do I need a DVD+DL or just a DVD-R, all I have are Verbatim DVD+DL?
  • I also have GTA: Double Pack, will that work? Or do all backwards-compatible games work with 360?
  • Do I need to download a patch from XBL?
  • Do I need to stealth patch it in anyway?

1. was that even a serious question? if there was no way for it to work, then how would there be a correct procedure? its like a double negative really.

2. must be DL to work in a 360

3. all GTA's will work. Xbox 360 BC list

4. yes, you will ned the latest BC update. use the original to download the update

5. ys you must stealth 'patch' it. use xbox backup creator to do a FULL rip of the original game. old xbox backup methods will not work in the xbox 360.

quite frankly, this has been asked a million times and could of been found with a search
