Full Version: Can't Ftp 4,7gb Iso File To Xbox

Hello everyone,

I've got a problem.

I wanna see some movies in my xbox, but I don't want to burn a dvd disk with the ISO but just play
the iso on the xbox.

I tried it with a file of 3,9Gb and it worked.
The file was transfered and it was playable.

So I thought therefore 'C'mon lets do another

'.
I connected my xbox to my pc, FTPed and give the command to copy the file.
It took 20 min before the file was transfered.

But on 95% of transfer (he was at 4,0Gb of the 4,7Gb) I got an error saying 'File not writed'(or something
like that.

And the file was deleted from the HD..

I tried it with ftp programs but the same..

I got a HD of 320GB which the C patition and the E patition uses 8Gb and the rest is F

I hope someone can help me

4.0 GB is the max file size for FATX
You will have to extract and reduce/split
