I have 2x 360s

1 is modded and one isnt..

question is: can I play my backups on the modded console with same gamercard and still get achievements?

also, say it gets banned, does the xbox it self get banned or the gamercard? or is it both?

1. Yes, you just have to transfer hard drive between consoles.

2. If it gets banned, it is only the console itself. Actually, nothing in the console gets banned, it is just that every 360 has its own identification number that it sends to Microsoft every time it boots. When you send that number MS checks to see if you are banned or not.

So really the console is not banned, the number is, (I think it is the serial number I am not sure)

But ya pretty much different much, the console is banned, not the gamertag.
