I had to completely restore my computer and I lost EVERYTHING. I was wondering if I can transfer all my emulators and roms from my Xbox to my PC using FlashFXP without it deleting or affecting any of the stuff on my Xbox.

When you FTP you are copying from one place to another. So, none of the files on the Xbox will be deleted.
