I got a Xbox 360 with a BenQ drive. I did some research and found the items required to flash it. Please tell me if the list is complete or not?

Actually I don't want to buy a kreon flashed drive for reading xbox 360 games . I wanted to use wxripper 1.2 hotswapping method but I am not sure which DVD burner is best for disassembling and burning games. Also , has anyone tried the emergency eject hole in the DVD drive for hotswapping , if so which drive?
