Ok so I finally have everything done;
1.) I flashed my benq with a via sata using iprep and mtkflash im using iXtreme 1.41 12x.

2.) I have a LG gwa 4166b I flashed to gsa 4166b and verbatim 6x made in singapore.

3.) Burned gta4.iso using imgburn 2.4.2.0 at 4x followed all guides.

Now my problem; textures arent loading right, sometimes things totally disappear while they load like bridges for instance, toll booths etc. I did burn others and they have no problem, Im wondering if I should try to flash the benq to a slower speed? Anyone think that would help? And how would I go about reflashing to different iXtreme?

It's a known issue with Benq drives and GTA4 backups. As long as your drive is in good condition, your original disc should work much better as Benq's can read pressed discs just fine.

Apparently Mass effect and Assassins creed are a nightmare too.

A new update is going to be released soon that will let you install these problem games to yout hdd and play them without issue.
