hey i was able to download my flash with dosflash and i created the orig bin with no errors. but when itry and use the flash maker @12x i get an error. well to make things worse i erased my drive and when i tried to instal the new flash after completion i got an error. now does this mean that im screwed and if my orig bin is incomplete is there an otherway ican get my keys i need

i tried to flash my original and i got 3 ok's and at the end it said that 115023 errors

See if you can read that firmware you dumped with Firmwaretoolbox. What you really need to do is hope your key is there somewhere.

yeah. if the key's still there then you can sppof it to your original drive

well i downloaded the firmware using dosflash and i got the 3 oks named it orig.bin when i t tried and patch it with firmware maker i get an red line that says no valid version found in orig.bin!! program aborted. since i got an ix14.bin file i thought that i had a valid flash. so i wrote the ix14.bin to my drive and possibly erased everything else i had in there. i have downloaded that program is there a tut on firmwaretoolbox i have no idea on how to look for the keys

ok i got that going but i still can not open the file. i guess its time for a new box, or is there someway to hack that.
