Under Settings for Line Status : 10/Half Duplex is there a ways to set that to full Duplex? if so how would I do that? if so that would be sweet

nope, it will probably be set on half duplex because the cable is bad quality

You have 10mb network card or you have hub in the middle of xbox/pc thats only 10mb or you have bad cable.. check these out for 100mb then it will be full duplex..

I have the M$ crossover cable for the xbox running from my xbox in to the back of my pc with a nic card I would think that the crossover cable would be 10/100 cat5 woulded it? and I know that the nic card is good for 100MB I just got it.

just try setting your pc NIC to 100/full duplex, I think that will help...

Xbox is set to autodetect half/full duplex. What ever you are connecting to is what you will get. IE PC=100/Full you will get XBox=100/Full. Connect Xbox to a cheap hub you will get 10/half.
