my brother has Bourne Ultimatum, which i heard is good for using with Wxripper. none of my DVDs are big enough (my max is 7.95gb) and i keep getting the "error: DVD not large enough" message. im using the emergency eject trick so i dont have to take appart my DVD drive. my question is, could i take my brothers DVD, burn it to a DVD+R DL using alcohol 120% or powerISO and use that once my brother leaves and takes his movie with him?
thanks.

well my brother came by with the bourne ultimatum and we tried it with the original and even THAT doesnt work. turns out its only 7.85gb so unless theres a version that has more special features or something that makes it 8gb + im gunna need to find a new dvd. and in that case i have two questions:
1. do i necessarily need an 8gb+ size dvd? or am i getting that error because im using the the emergency button trick and the textbook.360.2008 pdf says that has a higher error rate as opposed to the taking the top off trick?
2. is there something i could be doing wrong to get this error?
thank you

don't use the eject trick, although that doesn't reall ysolve all your backup problems.
I'd just buy a kreon drive, and do it the easy way.

most of the xbox 360 games are only 7.05 gb in size so the bourne ultimatum disc is definitely large enough. The retail dvd I've been using is Star Wars episode II which is only 7.70 gb in size and I haven't came across a xbox 360 game that was bigger than 7.70 gb.
