Does anyone have a read-out of power sources available (switched and non-switched) on the PS3? I'm into modding on 360's and stuff and I'm tired of looking at my PS3 next to my modded out 360. I'm thinking about tapping into the fan on the bottom of the PS3 for switched power but i'm weary cause i'm afraid of overloading that circuit like on the 360's fans.

I know this is old, but if someone runs across it, You can tap 12 volt switched power directly from the PSU mobo connector there are solder points to the front (NEG) and back (POS) of this connector. 5V constant power can be drawn from the 5 wire (3 wire newer model) front connector on the PSU. From right to left the pin out is

1 = 12V power on/off(don't mess with!)
2 = 5V return
3 = 5V return
4 = +5V
5 = +5V

*Always test pinouts for yourself! before using. My experiences may be different from your hardware configuration.
