I have a huge NES Box Art Archive, I'd like to use the box art that goes with each game if I could, just curious how difficult this would be to link the rom to the art and if anyone had any shortcuts on how.

It is tedious, You must have an individual folder for each rom under your screen shots folder and must be named the same as the rom.
After that, put your images in each single folder to match

There was a superb program in the "xbox emulation repository" who convert the multiple screenshots in the "xport" format: "game name"/001.png,002.png,003.png etc...
I think it was called Xport converter or something like that, does anyone have this program?

1) download the file above to C:\
2) Go to the Windows Start Menu and select Run...
3) Type cmd and press enter
4) Type cd ..\.. and press enter. The command prompt should say: C:\>
5) Follow the instructions above. Type XPortScreenShotConverter <source screenshots> <renamed screenshots destination>. For example, you could type "XPortScreenShotConverter C:\Emulators\NES\NES_Screenshots C:\XPort\ScreenShots\NES" and then press enter.
The source screenshots is a path to a directory full of existing screenshots like C:\emulators\NES\Screens. The renamed screenshots destination is where your existing screenshots will be copied to with their new name and format.
XPortScreenShotConverter <source screenshots> <renamed screenshots destination> <number>
XPortScreenShotConverter C:\Emulators\NES\NES_Screenshots C:\XPort\ScreenShots\NES 2
