Is there anyway to downgrade or run homebrew on 3.71 PSP fat?
I dont want to make a custom Pandora's Battery because it can be risky and can destroy the battery. Also I think (is there any method to be 100% using the PSP to see if it works or not) the GTA LCS exploit does not work for me.

Nothing bought/prebought. Looking for software exploits.

Just get a DATEL Tool Battery from Code Junkies. Despite the name, it is an already made Pandora Battery. And if you're like me and you're a noob in soldering and those kind of things, buying this will save you tons of head aches.
After you get your battery, you'll just need to create a Magic Memory Stick.
