I know it's probably too early to ask these questions but I have to ask anyone.

Does anyone know if we will be able to download something off a computer, put it on a USB, and update the 360 dash from there...

Do you think the update will make modded 360's not read backed up games and/or instantly get banned (if updated online). Can it brick a modded console?

Will we be able to install games from a backed up copy or will installing games on the new 360 dash be considered your backup anyway? Would this render all forms of 360 backups & modding illegal?

Took NXE fine (NO Storage attached)

Plays and copies originals fine and backups ripped with my kreon drive and mulleted from HDD fine.

Yea you will, you can either get it off of the web, or wait until it is streamlined with games.
