Hi i was just here to ask why my connection to xbox-scene forums is connecting rather slowly and I sometimes get a network timeout error. The main site works fine but it seems that only the forums are slow.

The main site and the forums are on different servers. The forum is currently being hammered due to news of XBL banning. Give it a few days and all will be normal again.

okay and also sorry if their seem to be multiple posts of this topic I cant really check any of the sections but I kept getting a network timeout error when trying to post so I just kept trying to make it pass. Thanks though for the info.

Also visiting off peak hours while things are busy should give you some better speeds.
