"rainbow flash" LED i'm trying out.
Wanna see how those look & Will buy some if they fit a project of mine in mind.

Do your DuoX chips work for SLIMS?
no dvd drive check off.

rainbow LEDs are 5mm. the first thing im gonna try is a set of controller ports. i have no idea what kind of behavior the light has, so im wondering if multiples stay in sync or not.

as far as the slim box compatability,

short answer:
yes

long answer:

the chip form is cut in a shape that allows you to intall flat on the motherboard without a proper pinheader.

drive check is just a bios option.
bios patching is a breeze, and flashing a white duo is even easier.

the flashbios bank supports flashing from HD, optical media, and (my favorite) network. it runs a webpage interface that you can log into and flash from your web browser. just pick the file on your computer (or NAS).

are the rainbow flashing leds two lead or three lead?

just ordered some torx screws and rubber feet... lost the ones to my old box (don't ask how, cuz i dunno) thanks man!
