hi all, i downloaded xduke off xbins and i took the files off my disc.
i copied them into F:/games/xduke/
and changed the config file.
but when i try to load it up, it brings up the menu and after i select, it goes back to evox
any help?

Have you copied over the data file from your PC Duke Nukem 3D installation folder (I think it's about 45MB and called something like duke.grp - it's mentioned in the text file that comes with XDuke). You need the PC version of the game so that you can provide the data file (it's the same with all of these PC game ports, such as Doom, Quake, Descent, Shadow Warrior, etc, you need a data file from the PC version of each particular game to play each particular game on the XBox, as that contains the game data, the XBox port you've downloaded runs the game data on your XBox).

Check the instruction file that came with the XDuke file, it's all in there.
