Hi,
I've an xbox 1.1 with SST 49LF020 LPC mod.
I've done a bad flash and now the xbox doesn't start anymore.
I'd like to reflash the SST 49LF020 flash but I'm not sure how to do it.
I've the spiderchip pogrammer, may I use it to flash the SST 49LF020?
I don't wont to remove the LPC mod because I'm not able to mount again.
I've removed the SST 49LF020 from the LPC Mod but now I cannot how to flash it.
Is there someone how can help me?
Thanks

If that sst 49lf020 came from an Aladdin Advance Live or any clone of an Aladdin, then you need this programmer pictured in this photo.

Note, you might have to have the female socket version of the mod to do this.

Also, it would just be better to ask a friend with a modchiped xbox to lend you his. Then, you can hotswap your chip for his after running the a slayers disc.

I don't know if using a spider chip programmer will work.

Hi,
thanks for you answer, it is quite difficult to find help on xbox 1. A lot of people have the next generation.

I have an xbox 1.1 with the LPC mod v2.0 like the one in following picture:

Unfortunately I flashed the chip with a bigger flash and now the xbox is death.

I have no friend with a modded xbox, I must manage this problem by myself.

If it is not possible to flash the Sst 49lf020 with spiderchip, my idea is to build some LPT programmer like the one in the following links:

or

http://labx.altervista.org/milk/milk.htm

or

If I'm able to build it, my problem is to find the right program to flash.

I'm not sure about which on I should build. Any suggestions is welcome.

My xbox is dead and I've bought the VGA cable and I'd like to use it.

Thanks in advance for any help.
