So as I was playing the game like about 30 hrs in I started to notice that alot of the locked doors required a 100 point lockpick skill. So when I leveled up at level 20 I was certain to put all my points in to get the 100 point lock skill. After I did this and went back to a door in the Nuke Cola plant to try and pick lock the door it told me I needed a skill point of 100 to pick the lock. For some reason even though when I did it it said lockpick 100 it only gave me a skillset of 99. Anyone know of any cheats or anything where I can just go in and add the one point the game robbed me of? If not I have to go all the way back to a level 14 which I had about 15 hrs into the game so Id be going way too far back. Please someone help me with this I dont wanna have to start over.

a bit late, but did you try eating some mentats? pretty sure they raise your lockpick skill temporarily
