DO NOT use Cyberduck FTP for Xbins it will get you banned..
This is the problem...
- To download from Xbins using Cyberduck first you must login to the FTP Channel.
- When selecting a file to download, it will reauthenticate.... REMEMBER Xbins deletes your login when you join the FTP
- Therefore you need to !list again in order to download file
- !list again will get you banned
