I was a idiot and bought 25 of them =/, is their any software that can make this possible or is it a lost cause?

if you can return them in anyway, then you should.

if not, you can try, someone made it work some time ago but I am not sure whether it gave good result when it was reading from the second layer.

Here is what I would try (with not guarantee whatsoever)

1. Imgburn latest version (2.4.2.0)
2. place the game.iso alone in a directory (no game.dvd file)
3. In tools/Settings/General make sure "Layer break on DVD-R DL" is selected
4. In tools/Settings/Write/Options select "User Specified" and insert 1913760 in "sectors in L0"
5. OK
6. From the main screen select Mode/Write
7. Disc in burner
8. On the right choose "Device" and write speed 2x
9. Drag you file game.iso file to the window called "source"
10. start the burn and pray

well i guess if it doesn't work as i can't take them back, can you use them to burn dvds onto?

if they have already been opened, might as well burn one and see - but I don't see why not.
