How do I go about connecting an internal DVD burner to my laptop? I am probably gonna buy a Pioneer 111d, or something equivalent. Putting it in an external case it one option, but I can't seem to find one for cheap. I have also read about problems with compatibility. The other option is to buy a USB to IDE/SATA adapter. I have seen a ton on eBay but none of them look reliable. Does anyone know of an adapter that should work? Or any other solution? I don't want to spend much. $10-$15.

Long story short, I have a desktop that I use at school but I don't have any DVD's here. I have a bunch at home, but I am only bringing my laptop home. So I need to be able to burn while I am home.

I don't pirate games if that is what you are asking.

So any ways to connect the drive to my laptop?
