I just got the game Aerosmith Guitar Hero and when I start the game it give me a message that it needs to update my console and if it has a modification it might cause it problems. My console has a chip mod and I what I'm asking is will this update hurt my system? Thanks for any help

ive only heard that updates will delete the twilight hack if you have it saved on your system, but dont quote me on that (i have a wasabi and ive updated several times)
