Hi guys,

I've recently installed the NXE on my modded console. However, I cant seem to get the cover art to be completely displayed on the "Play Game" tab of the dashboard. All I see is a miniature version of it on the right hand bottom and a "CD" cover art covering up the entire tab totally in contrast to what I've seen in previews and videos of NXE where the case is just the opposite.

Any idea guys? Any help would be appreciated

i believe you have to be connected to xbox live for it to get the cover.

My console gets banned only if I play on xbox live right? Would I get banned just connecting to live and getting off the cover art or download themes etc?

No you shouldnt get banned for downloading themes off of live. However getting to get cover art for games dont work exactly how you are portraying it. Xbox live streams the cover art and game details over xbox live, nothing is ever stored on your xbox. So hence you have to be connected to live to use those features.
