Recently when microsoft was updating their servers the ip changed for xbox.com from 65.59.234.166 to 65.59.234.169 so when mc trys to ping that ip to test for connection it gets an error and doesn't update
If you try to ping the previous ip you get no hits
So what you do is get XBMCSkinEditor
Hit open then browse to MC360 folder that you backed up to your pc open Skin.xml
Click + next to MC360 then + next to extras folder
double click on gamercardupdate.py find 65.59.234.166 and replace with 65.59.234.169 then hit file and save
repeat same for set_gamercard.py
then ftp those two files to same location on xbox reboot xbox and prob fixed
