could somebody please show me a link for a full guide on how to change my firmware etc to be able to play back up games on my 360

im completely new to this and would like a pretty straightforward guide to be able to do this without chipping my 360

Just a question, in the quote in that thread with the E64 error and stuff, what happens if you plug in the video cable in the xbox 360 but not in a tv/monitor? Will that do the trick?

EDIT: I found a tutorial for the latest iPrep. It looks like this tool covers the whole firmware backup and flashing process. Is that true?
