Hell yeah! This company rocks all ass. I called wanting to upgrade my shipping to overnight and the guy that answered was very kind and explained to me that since I had 2day before, reprocessing the transaction with overnight shipping would come the same day as 2 day. Shows that they're not here ripping people off. Also, he gave me assurance that it would come thursday and i checked on DHL and it is coming on thursday! This is my second order with System mods but I didn't leave feedback the first time. Great company IMO. Really great prices too; best I've been able to find. Didn't have any problems with the first order I had placed and do not expect and probs with this order either. I've been waiting for so long for these guys to get the 2.6s in that I violently considered ordeing from the UK but decided against it because SMT made such a good first impression on me. My last post I was very upset with them for making a mistake but the main reason for me being upset was that their people didn’t know what to tell me and had no answers for me except that we have to talk to the boss witch was never around.. They mixed up my order shorted me some chips but they did fix the error (This is long over due for this sorry I didn’t post it sooner)

As of my last transaction ordered on a Saturday shipment went out on a wed they sent it next day air when I paid for 2day (only way to get them into Hawaii unless u use usps) shipping is cheep on their site they are loosing $$ from this but it is very thankful to those of use that always have to pay 20-30+ for the smallest things to get here.. witch makes it harder for some to mail order products to have to pay either as much or more then the product’s they are ordering online
Would like to apologize again and thank you for the fast shipments and everything your company is doing for the scene

What can I say. I AM NOT IMPRESS. I have dealt with system mods on several occasions and being the patient person that I am I am willing to wait an extra day or two for a product. On my last order I had to wait almost 14 working days to receive one single chip even after speaking with customer service. The funniest thing about this is that I cannot flash the chip. I have tried every technique available on xbox-scene. I went to apply for an RMA to find out that I cannot return the product after 7 days. What is a guy to do. NOBODY LIKE TO WASTE MONEY.

I dont know if its DHL or what but every modchip I buy from you the shipping is ass slow. I forked out an Xtra 20$ for overnight shipping on friday. I assumed It would go in the mail sunday (I thought they could ship n sun, cause sometimes i recive products on sun). Anyway its now tues and still hasnt come . Overnight shipping is a joke but other than that the products i have recieved so far are great. Maybe you should look towards BMmods for shipping advice becuase in the future ill be buying from them. They have overnight shipping for 9$ , and I didnt even buy that and got it in like 2 days! You customer support rules though, but shipping needs work.

i ordered a chip monday with overnight shipping it is now thursday and when i called them up they told me they havent even shipped it yet. And that maybe! They'll ship it tommorow. This is such a joke how hard is it to place a chip in a envelope and ship it to me. They new how to take my 70 bucks in 30 seconds... The guy on the phone told me that they are just really backedup.... backedup i dont care u sold me a chip and promised it would be shipped over night within 24-48 its now over 75 hours and the chip has yet to be shipped!

Ordered two 2.6's from them a few weeks back and they got here within two days and I had ordered 4 day shipping. Then the next week they shipped out my xecuter 3 preorder the day they got them in stock and it ended up coming to me overnight and I had put two day shipping on it. SMT and DHL (their shipping service) make a great combination.

These guys are great, you can get on their chat channel and talk to them about any issues you are having and they will do their best to help out.

I ordered an executer 2.3pro and they forgot to ship out the chip with the memory bank switches on it. I called them and they are going to ship it out immediately. Very happy with the service. A real headache. Placed order on 30th of September then DHL stated that the package had been deliverd on October 7th. Set aside the fact that shipping was one week long I have several gripes.

The package was nowhere in sight. After a day of asking my relatives and searching around I e-mailed system-mods and they simply said...take it up with DHL, file a claim with them. So I took one more look around and asked my neighbor. He said, "yeah some guy knocked at your door once and just threw the package on the ground." Knocked once and threw the package on the ground...wheres that mandatory signature for delivery... So i searched and sure enough it was in the dirt under some bushes (apparently knocked around by heavy door traffic).

So that's all done with...installed one chip perfect 15mins. The second chip had no bios or a bad bios loaded onto both banks...hours and hours of research later I had to either a) by a programmer hot swap trick.

In short: slow delivery, terrible DHL package handling, 1 bad chip out of 2, and system-mod states on their website that "all packages must be signed for". I did not sign anything but yet the task of finding the package was mine and I should "talk to dhl about it."

Draw your own conclusions.
