i have tried to stop the email notification for new topics posted, in my personal area in email settings, but keep getting notifications blocking up my milbox. i do not wish to change email address in my settings as i still like to keep in touch with this site. maybe i have been doing some thing wrong, thanks so much.

In my controls, email settings take the ticks out of all the boxes.
Don't forget to click the "Amend My EMail Settings" button.
