Ok so tigerdirect is going to exchange my xbox360 because its under there 30 day protection plan thing. But they want me to pack an ship everything back that i got form them. Including the Hard Drive... I dont want to send the hard drive back because i have xbox live downloaded stuff an save games on there. Is there a way i can get the save games off the hard drive on a data stick or something like that.

You could buy a Memory Unit or you could re-download everything when you get your new xbox. But either way you will need to transfer the drm to your new xbox (xbox.com)

yeah you could open up the hard drive connect it to your pc and use xplorer to backup your files.

I dont have any sata drives or anything in my pc to connect it. With transfor license thing does it transfer save games or just xbox live content?

Games saves are not saved to the xboxs id and no licence transfer is needed. But of corse you cannot just redownload it you have to transfer it. My seggestion is to buy a MU
