ok, so i have the netgear MR814 wireless router ( http://www.netgear.com/products/details/MR...MR814.asp?view= )

what would be the best (fastest & cheapest) wireless way to hook up my xbox??

the me101 wireless ethernet bridge ( http://www.netgear.com/products/details/ME...ME101.asp?view= ) ??

or

the me102 wireless access point ( http://www.netgear.com/products/details/ME...ME102.asp?view= ) ??

can i use wither one of these? and what is the difference ?? thanks a lot

well obviously you're looking to wireless hook up your xbox. You'll have to get a bridge. That allows normal ethernet connected peripherals to connect wirelessly. Like a wired to wireless adapter.

All an access point does is put an extra antenna out for wireless devices to connect to. Like if you had a wireless card in a laptop, but only a wired router, you could run a cable from the router to the access point, and the laptop would be able to get on. Or you could run a cable from your wireless router to a room that you need wireless in, but the router's signal just can't make it there. It'll travel by wire to the access point so then your laptop could access the network when it's in range of that access point.
