Before we go any further, is your Xbox softmodded, or does it have a modchip installed (or its TSOP flashed)?

You don't need to buy any program to upgrade your hard drive. If you have a softmod you need to get Xboxhdm 1.9 and use it. Or you can use Chimps to clone the drive using the Xbox and an external power source for the new HD.
The most important aspect has been asked.
How are you modded?
If you did it then you should know. If you didn't do it then ask the person you bought the Xbox from. If you can't ask, look under the DVD drive and see if there is a chip in the Xbox.
Chipped and TSOP flashed Xboxes are easier to upgrade the HDs. You use Slayer's to build the new drive.

i need help!!!!
i've tried xwizard_multidash_3.1_Plus and i've formatted & intalled all the dvd pack whit the modchip metod.
now my xbox have only the original dash!!!!
now i know ....it haven't a modchip!!!!(sorry 4 my english)
now i've got an original xbox... and the xwizard_multidash_3.1_Plus dont start again...
i need 4 file for hot swap...

where i can found it? or how i can do an hot swap again???

Hotswapping with those files might work, but you'll find it easier to use xboxhdm and Kingroach NDURE 3.1.

i've put all my backup in C and E drive with hotswap & Xplorer360beta4.... now it work again
i've insert the autoinstaller 3.1 again and i update with softmod metod.... thanks to all!
