Full Version: Question Regarding Replacement Dvd Drive
I have a 360 with a failing Hitachi drive. Someone gave me a Samsung MS25 for replacement but I had some concerns over getting banned. I know I need to flash it with the DVD key from the Hitachi and spoof it to look like the Hitachi. I have no interest in playing backup games, I just want a working 360. If I flash the original MS25 firmware with my Hitachi key and spoof it am I running the risk of getting banned?

I would replace with the same drive to be 100% sure
