Full Version: Problem With Rrod Fix

untertook the Llama RROD on one xbox 360 and it worked like a charm.

Tried it on 2 extra and i cant get it to work.

It gives the RROD straight away before its even warmed up at all - the gpu heatsink is still cold - anyone know whay that is?

(bored the holes and have the correct nuts and washers, tightened down the heat-sinks ok, re-flowed the gpu by overheating (fan on top of the cpu for 10-15mins)).

did you over heat before or after you re tightened?

i find it best when fixing a rrod console. to take the mother board out. do the mods but do not tighten. overheat ( i use a rework station, but5 you can turn it on 2..

once hot enough to melt solder, tighten before cools
