I have searched and learned that in order to launch xdsl from evox i'll need to modify enox.ini file. I found this post
http://forums.xbox-scene.com/index.php?showtopic=395867 but apparently there were no Screenshots added. Any help is appreciated.

You can put the XDSL folder in the Apps folder. Rename the .xbe file in there to default.xbe and it should show up in your Apps section.
Make sure when you transfer the files that the .xbe file is in the root of the \XDSL folder.
