I bought a Super Aladdin Live chip from (www.covetime.com/modshop/makemoney.php) as well as the programmer. I'm trying to flash the BIOS with one that has lba48 support (to use >137 GB in the hard drive). I downloaded the Aladdin Programmer Software 1.0 from this site (http://www.console24.com/product_info.php/products_id/85).
After pluging in the chip both ways on the pin header with both the USB and DB-25 plugged into the programmer and starting the software I can't get the dang thing to recognize my chip! I've seen other posts about this but so far no one has come up with a solution. ANY help you could give me would be greatly appreciated! Thanks everybody!
