i may have what you need. dont really know much about DVD internals other than very basic stuff but i have a 2 broken sammys and a hitachi so if you need parts if you can somehow point it out to me. then i might be able to get it for you $7 shipped. lemme know.
thats the worm motor i need one from a samsung drive. i think it works from other drives but to be safe a samsung 28 if you got one. let me know.
