Sorry guys. I've searched all over the place on this and haven't found an answer. I was given the v3 connectivity kit lite. Problem is that my pc doesn't have serial ports. Can I use a rs232 to usb converter without messing something up or am I going to have to give it back and get the pro version?

Got mine in less than a day from http://www.modchip.ca/store/home.php. They ship out at 3pm and you will get it before 10:30am the next day if you choose FedEx express.

don't quote me on it, but I'm about 95% sure that you CAN use the converter and you'll be fine. If you look around, a lot of places sell those as an option with the ck3 so I would guess that you can.
