So I seen an add on craigslist.. So.. I went ahead and let the dude mod it
He dropped it off like nothing was wrong with it but... sure enough it won't even turn on now

Any ideas of what this is or how to fix it?

Before I go over this dudes house and take his xbox want to know if I can maybe fix this xD

Are you sure you even got your box back? Maybe he totally burned you and swaped it out with a broken one. I don't think a bad flash would keep it from booting at all does it?

Bad flash would only cause the game not to read.. All would still turn on even the dvd drive usually.. He must have swapped on you or broke something else..

do you have it pluged in (good)?, what color is the psu light?, have you tried using the eject button to turn it on?
