Well, I just got my friend's Zune to try to fix it. The screen shows nothing (not even backlight) I've checked all the cables inside ok everything is ok. It still powers on and can play music though. Any thoughts on what might be wrong?
Any help is appreciated.

Well. I solved my own problem but I have another one. No sound is coming out of the left channel. I've checked the connections and they look good. I've also tried different sets of headphones but with no luck. Once again, any help is good.
