of , i have some fans that i am going to install into my xbox 360.

I dont want to have to solder to the MB for obvious reasons like , basically , my soldering skills suck.

so , i wired the fans to a USB male and plugged it into the 360.

It worked , but it is only 5v.
Can i use 2 usb ports in parrallel to bump up the power intake to 10V.

use the 2 usbs to power 1 fan.

sorry but thats not the way power works. pluging in to usb cables to one end will not increase the volts but will increase the amps. the cable in your pic is wired for parallel, and if you were to make your own and wire it to series it may mess up your xbox.
