HI, when i use the video selector disk to change the mode to NTCS the screen turns black and white without any colour. I wont to play NBA street 2 but can only get it working NTCS mode but i need colour can anyone help???

Your TV doesn't support NTSC - either buy an RGB scart lead if you are UK based or buy a new TV cos it must be pretty old!
